Andy Choy is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in driving growth and transformation for large multinational organizations across Europe, Asia, and the United States. Known for a proven track record in scaling operations, enhancing profitability, and leading complex change initiatives, Andy blends strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Currently, Andy is the founder of Choy Consulting Services in Hong Kong, where he partners with executives and founders to develop and implement customized growth strategies. His interim leadership roles, including CEO and Chief Development Officer, have enabled him to oversee critical business transformations and stabilize operations for various client organizations. His consulting practice focuses on in-depth assessments of organizational structures and processes, helping clients identify opportunities for increased efficiency and scalability.

Previously, Andy served as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Strategy and Analytics at Melco Resorts and Entertainment Ltd. in Macau, where he oversaw integrated resorts with annual revenues exceeding $900 million. His strategic leadership led to the successful repositioning of a failing business unit, the launch of a social gaming app that garnered over 2 million active users, and the development of the largest integrated resort in Europe.

 

As the founder of Casino Offer Network LLC, Andy developed mobile applications for casino loyalty programs, later selling the company to International Game Technology PLC. His extensive experience also includes serving as the CEO of Riviera Holdings Corporation, as well as senior roles with Las Vegas Sands Corp., Icahn Enterprises, and Virco Manufacturing Corporation. Andy started his professional career as a management consultant with McKinsey and Company.

Andy holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University, where he was recognized as an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating summa cum laude. He has been an active member of YPO since 2013 and served as the former Chapter Chair of the Pan Asia Chapter.
